- “Bellalot.nl” refers to the owner of the website and the seller of handmade accessories from Italy, registered in the Netherlands.

Orders
- Customers can place orders via the Bellalot.nl website. An order is final once the Customer has received a confirmation email from Bellalot.nl.
- Bellalot.nl reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders in the event of technical errors, incorrect pricing, or other circumstances.
Prices and Payment
- All prices on the website include VAT, unless otherwise stated.
- Payment must be made via the payment methods offered on the website (e.g., iDEAL, Credit Card, PayPal).
- Bellalot.nl reserves the right to change prices at any time, but the price at the time of the order is the price the Customer pays.
Delivery
- Orders are shipped to the address provided by the Customer.
- The estimated delivery time is between 8 and 10 business days, as products are shipped directly from Italy.
- Bellalot.nl is not responsible for delays caused by the delivery service.
- The risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to the Customer at the time of delivery.
Returns and Right of Withdrawal
- The Customer has the right to cancel the agreement within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason, provided the products are unused and in their original condition.
- To exercise this right, the Customer must notify Bellalot.nl in writing or by email of the cancellation.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer unless otherwise agreed.
Warranty
- Bellalot.nl products are handmade and may show slight variations in color and finish. This is considered a normal characteristic of handmade products.
- Bellalot.nl provides a warranty for manufacturing defects. Customers can return defective or damaged products within 6 months of purchase for replacement or repair.
Intellectual Property
- All content on the Bellalot.nl website, including images, logos, texts, and designs, is the property of Bellalot.nl or its respective owners and may not be used without permission.
Privacy and Data Protection
- Bellalot.nl respects the privacy of its customers and processes personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
- Data collected during the ordering process, such as name, address, and email address, is used solely to process orders and is not shared with third parties, except for the delivery of the order.
Liability
- Bellalot.nl is not liable for damages resulting from the use of the products unless caused by intent or gross negligence by Bellalot.nl.

Applicable Law

- Disputes between Bellalot.nl and the Customer will initially be attempted to be resolved through consultation. If this fails, the dispute will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
