Yes, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt, provided the product is unused and in its original condition. Please note: return shipping costs are your responsibility, unless the product is defective or there was an error on our part.

Send an email to lotte@bellalot.nl with your order number and reason for the return. We will then provide you with return instructions. Once we have received the product in good condition, we will process your refund within 5 business days.
