At Bellalot, you pay no shipping fees. We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the Netherlands and Belgium.
That’s certainly not the intention! If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days at lotte@bellalot.nl with photos of the product and its packaging. We will provide an appropriate solution, such as a replacement or refund.
Yes, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt, provided the product is unused and in its original condition. Please note: return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the product is defective or there was an error on our part.

Yes! All of our sunglasses and jewelry are handmade in Italy with attention to detail and craftsmanship. Small variations in color or finish are normal and make each piece unique.
